Connect with people who understand the road your family is walking.
A support ministry of RAW Movement Ministries
A welcoming, Christ-centered Zoom community where families of incarcerated loved ones find understanding, prayer, practical help, courses, resources, and hope.
“I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.” Philippians 3:14 NLT

You are not alone
When someone is incarcerated, the separation reaches far beyond the person serving the sentence. Parents, spouses, children, grandparents, and caregivers may carry grief, uncertainty, financial pressure, and questions others do not understand.
Pressing On brings families together online without judgment or shame. Families can speak honestly, pray together, receive biblical encouragement, obtain useful information, and keep moving forward in faith from wherever they live.
Connect with people who understand the road your family is walking.
Receive prayer, Scripture, encouragement, information, and support.
Build hope for your family’s future, one faithful step at a time.
Online family support gathering
Join us live on Zoom at 7:00 PM Mountain Time (MST/MDT). Whether incarceration is new to your family or you have walked this road for years, there is a place for you here.
Supporting both sides of the sentence
With the family’s permission, Pressing On can write to an incarcerated loved one and introduce the encouragement, courses, and resources available through RAW Movement Ministries.
Families may provide their loved one’s name, identification number, facility, and mailing address during registration. RAW will use this information only for approved ministry correspondence and resource outreach.
A ministry letter reminding the incarcerated loved one that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.
Information about faith-based restoration, thinking-pattern, recovery, reentry, and discipleship courses.
Relevant materials for spiritual growth, family connection, preparation, and restoration.
Program directors
James and Vickie lead Pressing On with a heart for families, a commitment to biblical truth, and a desire to make sure no family carries the weight of incarceration alone.
Community conversation
The Pressing On Forum is a public, moderated space for respectful discussion about incarceration, family relationships, communication, children, waiting, reentry, faith, and restoration.
How can families maintain healthy communication, boundaries, and hope during a long separation?
What language, routines, and support help children feel secure without hiding the truth?
What expectations, conversations, and practical steps should begin before release?
RAW course scholarship opportunity
Families may request scholarship consideration for an incarcerated loved one who wants to participate in an eligible RAW course. Awards depend on course availability, facility requirements, funding, the student’s willingness to participate, and ministry review.
Take the next step privately
After registering, the Pressing On ministry team can welcome you, share the Zoom meeting details, pray with your family, and—if you choose—reach out to your incarcerated loved one.
